Flow Totalizers and Computers

The ASHE MX range of Digital Flow Rate Indicators, Totalizers, Subtractors and Computers are a versatile range of micro-controller based products offered in a compact, rugged and reliable execution.

The instruments perform functions for flow indication, Integration and control. All related parameters like Flow Rate, Flow Total, Differential (Subtracted) Flow, etc. are indicated on digital displays. Control options by Relays and Analog outputs are also available. The instruments have non-volatile memory.

The Totalizers accept either 4 to 20 mA DC current signal, or a frequency signal from the Flow Transducer or Mass Flow Meter. Relay outputs are offered for control applications, which may be configured for Flow Rate or Totalized value. The instrument is available in DIN standard enclosures and operates on a universal power supply of 90 to 270 V AC mains supply.

Options include external Reset, two-wire configuration, Analog Retransmission signal, Remote Control operation, Batch Control Relay outputs, Weather-proof and Flame-proof executions, etc.

The ASHE MX - 450 is a micro -controller based Digital Flow Rate Indicator Totalizer offered in a highly compact, rugged and reliable execution. There are two digital displays on the front panel – the Rate Display and the Totalized display. The RATE display indicates the real time process value and the TOTALIZER display indicates the accumulated (integrated) volume over the selected time scale. The totalized value is displayed on an eight digit counter with non-volatile memory. The flow rate is continuously displayed on a four-digit seven-segment digital display.

       Differential Flow Totalizer

The ASHE MX-465 is a micro-controller based Digital Flow Rate Subtractor with Indication and Totalizer functions offered in a highly compact, rugged and reliable execution. This instrument is primarily used in applications where fluid consumption by a machine over a specific time period needs to be measured.

The flow at the inlet and outlet lines to the machine are measured and the flow rate computed from them. Two digital displays are provided on the front panel – the Subtracted Rate Display and the Totalized display. The two input signals are subtracted internally and the difference is indicated on the Subtracted Rate display, which indicates the real time differential process value and the Totalizer display indicates the accumulated (integrated) volume of this subtracted value over the selected time scale. The totalized value is displayed on an eight digit counter with non-volatile memory.

Differential Flow Totalizer

The flow rate is continuously displayed on a four-digit seven-segment digital display. Two Relay outputs are offered for control applications, which may be configured for Flow Rate or Totalized value. Separate digital displays can be mounted in conjunction with this instrument to indicate Inlet and Outlet Flow Rates. The instrument is available in DIN standard enclosures and operates on a universal power supply of 90 to 270 V AC mains supply. Options include external Reset, two-wire configuration, Analog Retransmission signal, Remote Control operation, Batch Control Relay outputs, etc.

The ASHE MX - 475 is a micro-controller based Digital Flow Rate Indicator Totalizer specifically designed for flow measurement of Saturated Steam applications, offered in a highly compact, rugged and reliable execution. There are three digital displays on the front panel – the Steam Temperature display, the Flow Rate Display and the Totalized Flow display.

The Temperature Display receives it’s signal from an RTD Pt-100 Sensor which measures the steam temperature. The RATE display indicates the real time Flow Rate value and the TOTALIZER display indicates the accumulated (integrated) volume over the selected time scale, after temperature compensation. The Steam Table for temperatures in saturated steam applications is programmed into the memory of the Flow Computer and the Flow Rate is suitably compensated before display.

The totalized value of the compensated Flow is displayed on an eight digit counter with non-volatile memory, while the flow rate is continuously displayed on a four-digit seven-segment digital display.        Digital Pressure Gauges

The ASHE MX range of Digital Pressure Gauges are compact, rugged and reliable indicating instruments designed for accurate pressure measurement and control applications. The instruments accept standard 4 to 20 mA DC analog signals (others on request), and the process value is displayed on a 5-digit seven-segment LED digital display. Up to seven Pressure ranges are pre-calibrated in the instrument, enabling the user to switch between units with scalable range.

Options include Relay control action and signal retransmission. The Pressure gauges are Micro-controller based and are available in several dimensions in panel mounted and field mounted executions and operate on AC or DC power supply, as required.
